Coaching & Support

Working collaboratively with the Nominated Supervisor, Educational Leader, or with small groups of Educators, Hilary will coach and guide practices across all areas associated with Early Education to design a program that suits the specific needs and desired outcomes of your team.

Professional Development

All training can be tailored to your requirements and conducted at a time that suits your needs. Hilary’s training content is practical, relevant and easy to understand.

Training sessions are usually held on site at your centre, take between 1.5 and 2 hours, are suitable for staff meetings, and can be held outside of centre operating hours.

Self-Assessment

We’ll kick start your self-assessment process by identifying areas that require immediate attention or ongoing improvements. We’ll work with you and your team towards your desired outcomes.

By working together we can tailor a plan that meets your teams needs and your budget. This can be a one-off consultation or a series of site visits to provide ongoing support and coaching.

Developing your up-to-date QIP

After conducting an internal audit, you’ll use your self-assessment to update your QIP. Hilary will work with you and your team to help you write your own QIP to ensure it is meaningful and useful in your own journey to continued improvements.
